President Rtn Adv. Gauri Patwardhan welcomed all members to the closed meeting and presented the highlights of the Board of Directors’ Meeting held at Icon Inn Hotel. Members were informed about decisions regarding the Tree Plantation Programme, Maternal & Child Health activities, AI awareness programmes in schools, the Rotighar Project, umbrella distribution at School No. 15, fellowship, fund-raising and membership development. Members discussed forming a Rotary Cycle Bank and increasing club membership. During the One Minute Rotary Activity, Rtn Dr. Mugdha Tagare conducted a Rotary quiz. Rtn Amit Patil presented the Rotary pin to newly installed Rtn Karagane. Secretary Rtn Dr. Supriya Kulkarni announced upcoming programmes. The meeting concluded with a vote of thanks and fellowship.
